Unrest Project

Unrest Project is a collection of mental health greeting cards with the aim to help people start difficult conversations about mental health. Created by a survivor, Unrest hopes to help those who are healing find their voice.

Unrest Project donates 10% of the sales will go toward the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre Multicultural Women Against Rape (TRCCMWAR) and another 10% toward another charity or organization that is special to Unrest and the people behind the project.
